Simba Televentures Inc. is currently testing an Audio Resume Application Platform that is designed to cater to the nature and needs that are unique to the call center industry. What is an Audio Resume?

An Audio Resume contains information about a jobseeker that is relevant to a prospective employer in the call center industry.  In addition to basic information (such as work experience and educational background), an Audio Resume also includes a jobseeker’s responses to set of questions designed to give a prospective employer an initial look into the jobseeker’s personality.  The distinguishing feature of the Audio Resume is that it is an actual recording of the jobseeker’s voice and, therefore, highlights the jobseeker’s voice quality and communication skills.

All your answers shall form part of your audio resume and shall be used only for the purpose of testing this audio resume system. Later on, you may wish to have your audio resume made available to potential employers in the call center industry after your audio resume is processed. We shall be contacting you to discuss how you can take this one step further.

There are two ways to record your audio resume.

1st Option:        Create an online portfolio at www.teletrabaho.com

• Click on Register button on the Login box located at the Home page of the site. Provide your basic personal information by filling out the form. Once this is complete, click on the Submit button.
• After you have created your portfolio, your account number will be sent to the email address that you have provided. You can use your account number to record the audio component of your online portfolio.
• To record your audio component, call Teletrabaho’s dedicated number, 751.7070, and at the prompt dial extension number 6789.
• Listen carefully to the voice prompt and enter your account number.
• Follow the instructions and answer all the questions.

2^nd Option: Call Teletrabaho’s dedicated number, 751.7070 ext. 6789

§         From any landline, please dial 751-7070, and at the prompt dial extension number 6789.

§         You will be connected to the interactive voice response (IVR) system of Simba Televentures Inc. The IVR system contains pre-recorded instructions and questions that will guide you through recording your audio resume.

§         Listen carefully to the instructions of the IVR system so that you can efficiently provide the required information that will constitute your audio resume.
